Assembly Site processes publicly available voter roll data published by the Election Commission of India. This includes voter names, ages, genders, addresses, and family relations as printed on official electoral rolls.
When you create an account, we collect your name, email, and organization. We also log authentication events (login time, IP address) for security purposes.
Voter roll data is used solely for analytical purposes — demographic analysis, PDA-G classification, household grouping, and constituency-level reporting. User data is used for authentication, authorization, and audit logging.
We do not sell, rent, or share voter data or user data with third parties. Analytics outputs are available only to authorized users within the platform.
Voter data is retained as long as it is relevant for cross-roll comparison and historical analysis. User account data is retained for the duration of the account and deleted upon request.
We use encrypted connections (TLS), hashed passwords, role-based access control, and audit logging to protect data. Access to production databases is restricted to authorized administrators.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your account data by contacting us at support@voterconnect.in.
We may update this policy. Material changes will be communicated via the Platform. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
