There is no public enquiry address on this site. If a conversation is already open, stay on the channel you were given — we would rather print nothing here than an address that reaches nobody.
Your assembly team issues and resets logins directly. Start there: it is faster than writing to us, and they can see who holds which login.
Signing in
One credential per person, for the level they belong to. Nothing below is a separate account, and a worker never has to be told which of these to use — it is the one their app already opens.
The Android apps open these same addresses — an app is the site in a shell, so anything it shows also opens in a browser. An assembly login is admitted at the cluster and booth sites as well, and all three client logins also open the war room, each showing only its own segment.
Before we start
Four answers. None of them needs a document, and none of them needs to be complete on the first pass — the rest of the setup is our side of the work.
The state, and the constituency by number and name. Everything in the product hangs off one constituency, so it is the first thing set and the thing every screen is scoped to afterwards.
Roughly how many booths you are working, and how you want them gathered into clusters. A cluster is around ten booths — small enough that the coordinator running it knows every one by name.
Who works at seat level, who runs each cluster, who is on each booth. One person, one login, for the level they belong to.
Which published revision of your constituency's roll the team should be working. That import is ours to do, and the training that follows it goes with your team rather than a manual.
Questions
No. Assembly Site is sold for one constituency, and everything inside it is scoped to that seat — the roll, the analysis, the chat threads, the survey. There is nothing in it that reads across to another candidate's constituency.
Not one you can install today. The three apps on offer are Android, and they are a shell around the same website — so anyone on any phone can open the same pages in a browser and sign in with the same credential.
No, and the terms say so. What is shared is the work, not the credential: a booth's chat thread and its roster belong to the booth, so everyone signed in on it sees the same conversation and a handover does not start a blank one.
No. The roll is loaded on our side and your team reads it. What your team records — survey answers, corrections, rosters — is stored beside the roll and stays on your seat.
It is kept with the name of whoever recorded it, so a change can be attributed and undone, and it never overwrites the published roll. The privacy policy sets out what is processed and what is not shared.
